“We chose to work with Innovista to leverage their expertise and knowledge as we develop and manage our network of Independent Physicians,” Catalyst President Christopher Crow, MD, said in a statement. “I know that Catalyst Health Network will benefit greatly from the partnership of the Catalyst and Innovista teams to successfully deliver on value-based contracts in the form of higher quality care and critical costs savings.”
Through the partnership, Innovista will provide Catalyst’s quickly growing physician base — the ACO has increased from 60 to 250 providers this year alone — with a suite of services to support comprehensive medical management across a diverse range of contracts. The organizations will work together to achieve increased quality, efficiency and cost-effective care.
