The Midwest Health Collaborative includes the following systems:
·    Aultman Hospital, based in Canton
·    Cleveland Clinic
·    OhioHealth, based in Columbus
·    Premier Health, based in Dayton
·    ProMedica, based in Toledo
·    TriHealth, based in Cincinnati

Together, the systems represent 40 hospitals and more than 100,000 employees. One area of focus is sharing best practices in employee health programs via benefit design analysis and “best-in-class” wellness initiatives. Other key initiatives include supply chain management, innovative payment models and the creation of an “actively managed large-scale network.”

All participating health systems will remain independent of one another.
