Dr. Trump stepped down from the head of Roswell Park Cancer Institute earlier this year as the institute affiliated with the University at Buffalo (N.Y.).
Inova Health System is preparing for the construction of a seven-story cancer institute building just north of Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church. The cancer center is part of a push for the health system to establish itself as an academic destination for personalized medicine.
According to the report, Inova has not yet announced the appointment.
