Cleveland Clinic to Convert Health Center Into Inpatient Hospital

Cleveland Clinic announced that it will expand the Richard E. Jacobs Health Center in Avon, Ohio, into an inpatient hospital, according to a report by The Chronicle-Telegram.

Cleveland Clinic operates the 190,000-sqaure-foot health center, which includes an emergency room, an outpatient surgery center, an infusion suite and an imaging center.

The clinic has yet to release details about the inpatient hospital and when ground will be broken on the expansion, according to the report.
