Micah Roden was named chief human resources executive for Ascension Florida, part of St. Louis-based Ascension, according to an Oct. 14 LinkedIn post.
In his new role, Mr. Roden will help spearhead HR strategies to help engage and support employees to strengthen Ascension Florida’s care culture.
Prior to his new role, Mr. Roden served as vice president of human resources for Davie-based HCA Florida Healthcare, part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, according to his LinkedIn page.
