Four notes:
1. The NCQA accreditation is valid through December 2022. It is the third time Online Care Group has received the accreditation.
2. Online Care Group received the accreditation for its “commitment to quality excellence in all aspects of telehealth.”
3. American Well’s direct-to-consumer service was the first telehealth platform to receive accreditation by the American Telemedicine Association.
4. The NCQA accreditation is a voluntary review process.
