Winning Patients’ Confidence…How a NAPA Anesthesia Department Earns Top Rankings in a National Performance Survey

What makes a great anesthesia department? Southington Surgery Center in Connecticut recently earned the #1 ranking for “Confidence in Anesthesia” in a national performance survey of more than 800 facilities nationwide. “Patients tell us that our perioperative care makes patients feel valued, with a sense of assurance that they are in good hands,” says Dr. John Satterfield, the Director of Anesthesia Services.
