While the majority preferred being in shape over earning a large paycheck, research shows exercising may actually pave the path to earning a lot of money, according to CNBC which cited author Tom Corley’s five year study of self-made millionaires.
“Seventy-six percent of the rich aerobically exercise 30 minutes or more every day,” Mr. Corley wrote in his best-selling book. “Cardio is not only good for the body, but it’s good for the brain.”
