Martha’s Vineyard Hospital (Oak Bluffs, Mass.). Martha’s Vineyard Hospital is a member of Partners HealthCare and an affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital, both in Boston. The hospital seeks to expand patients’ access to care through numerous population health initiatives, including an annual health fair, substance abuse disorder team and needle disposal program. In 2017, iVantage Health Analytics named the hospital among its Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals in the U.S. for the fourth consecutive year.
