Tamara Miller. CEO of Madison (S.D.) Regional Health System. Ms. Miller leads Madison Regional Health System, which includes a 22-bed hospital and 220 employees. She became CEO in 1996. In October 2015, Madison Regional opened a new $36.8 million facility that included wireless computers for patient monitoring, private bathrooms in patient rooms and a birthing center. Ms. Miller was able to obtain funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development for the project.
