Philip J. Stuart. Administrator of Tomah (Wis.) Memorial Hospital. Mr. Stuart became administrator of Tomah Memorial Hospital in 1995. Under his leadership, the hospital completed a $10 million construction and renovation project in 2005. In March 2017, the hospital announced plans to begin construction on a new $66 million, three-story hospital scheduled for completion in 2019. Mr. Stuart previously served two terms as president of the Wisconsin Hospital Association’s western region.
