Mike Dowdy. CEO of Central Montana Medical Center (Lewistown, Mont.). Mr. Dowdy has been CEO of Central Montana Medical Center since 2015. He led the hospital’s efforts to participate in a rural ACO, and the hospital was among the top performers in its group for 2016. He previously served as president of strategy and business development for both Billings, Mont.-based St. Vincent Healthcare and Miles City, Mont.-based Holy Rosary Healthcare.
