Mark Dalley. Administrator of Gunnison (Utah) Valley Hospital. Mr. Dalley became administrator of Gunnison Valley Hospital in August 2011 after serving as president and CEO of Ontario, Ore.-based Holy Rosary Medical Center, a Catholic Health Initiatives affiliate. In 2016, the Utah Hospital Association, in conjunction with the American Hospital Association, presented Mr. Dalley with the Grassroots Champion Award. The accolade recognizes healthcare leaders who educate elected officials on major issues affecting hospitals and healthcare.
