Ms. McDaniel is CEO of Iowa Specialty Hospitals & Clinics – Belmond, which, in conjunction with its sister hospital in Clarion, Iowa, and surrounding outreach clinics, includes 500 employees and more than 35 healthcare providers. The hospital earned Healthgrades’ 2017 Outstanding Patient Experience Award. Ms. McDaniel also serves as chairman of the governing board for the Iowa Rural ACO, which participates in the Medicare Shared Savings Program.
