Gary Black. President and CEO of UNC Lenoir Health Care (Kinston, N.C.). As president and CEO of UNC Lenoir Health Care, Mr. Black oversees a 261-bed nonprofit hospital. He joined Lenoir Memorial Hospital in 1986, long before the hospital merged with UNC Health Care in 2016, and became CEO in 1992. Mr. Black is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has spent time on the Kinston-Lenoir County Chamber of Commerce.
