Steve Massey. President and CEO of Westfields Hospitals & Clinic (New Richmond, Wis.). Westfields Hospital & Clinic is a critical access hospital in a city of roughly 8,700 residents nearly 50 miles northeast of Minneapolis. Since taking the CEO position in 2011, Mr. Massey’s dedication to sustainable business practices has shaped the hospital’s strategy. Mr. Massey oversaw the installation of two solar arrays on Westfields’ campus in 2014, and the hospital earned a “Green Masters” level award from the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council and the Greenhealth Emerald Award from Practice Greenhealth in 2015.
