Rachelle H. Schultz. President and CEO of Winona (Minn.) Health. Ms. Schultz has been in healthcare management for more than two decades. In her current role, she heads a 99-bed acute care hospital, clinics and a 134-bed nursing home, among other services. She previously worked at Lutheran Health Systems’ Anne Carlsen Children’s Center in North Dakota. Ms. Schultz serves as board director for the Minnesota Hospital Association as well as a member of the Rural Health Issues Group. She earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
