Jason Hawkins, MBA. President and CEO of J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital (Huntingdon, Pa.) and Fulton County Medical Center (McConnellsburg, Pa.). Mr. Hawkins took charge of J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital, sitting just under 200 miles outside of Philadelphia, and Fulton County Medical Center, located about 175 miles outside Philadelphia, when the two hospitals combined leadership teams in September 2015. A well-known leader in the Huntingdon community, Mr. Hawkins has devoted his career to rural healthcare. He chaired the Hospital Association of Pennsylvania’s small rural health council and served on the American Hospital Association’s small and rural governing council, representing Pennsylvania and New York regions. Mr. Hawkins holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master of business administration degree.
