VA Portland Healthcare System (Ore.). The VA Portland Health Care System, or VAPORHCS, is a 277-bed facility that serves more than 85,000 veterans each year in Oregon and Southwest Washington. VAPORHCS has many programs in place to prevent pollution, reduce waste and conserve natural and cultural resources.
