Bon Secours Baltimore Hospital. Bon Secours Baltimore Hospital was one of 10 hospitals in the country to receive Practice Greenhealth’s Leadership Circle of Excellence Award in 2015. The hospital is part of Bon Secours Health System, which won an Environmentally Preferred Purchasing Circle of Excellence Award, which reflects the collective efforts of Bon Secours hospitals. Additionally, Baltimore Hospital has partnered with Morrison Healthcare, a national food and nutrition services company, to provide a monthly farmers market to help improve the wellness of the community, and Johnson Controls to become more energy efficient. Going forward, the hospital is looking to grow its reprocessing program significantly in the OR to reduce its regulated medical waste and boost recycling.
