OSF HealthCare’s OSF Innovation (Peoria, Ill.). A new program, OSF Innovation at OSF HealthCare launched in June. The program is led by a multidisciplinary team of nine leaders specializing in health system operations, organizational change, performance improvement, finance, analytics, telehealth and simulation. The health system also partnered with the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria to form Jump Simulation, a simulation and education center for training, education and innovation for medical students, in 2013. This year in September, OSF HealthCare launched the OSF Simulation Stage in partnership with Chicago-based health startup incubator MATTER as a place to test early-stage healthcare solutions.
