There are four departments within the Innovation Center providing support services to the hospital and physician offices: the physician hospital organization; information technology; security and privacy; and professional billing and pre-arrival. Some of the innovation projects at Metro Health include sustainable healthcare and an amputation prevention program that offers a different treatment approach that could save a patient’s limb.
