Dartmouth-Hitchcock Center for Surgical Innovation (Lebanon, N.H.). Surgeons at Dartmouth-Hitchcock can take advantage of the hospital’s Center for Surgical Innovation, which provides them with resources for translational research and support to develop “bench-to-bedside” investigations to improve the safety and efficacy of surgery across all specialties. The center contains two operating rooms and two procedure rooms where surgeons can improve technique and test new technologies. CSI is a collaborative initiative between the hospital, Dartmouth College’s Geisel School of Medicine and Thayer School of Engineering.
