Ken Maxik. Director of Patient Safety of CompleteRx (Houston). Mr. Maxik has held his current position with CompleteRx — a hospital pharmacy management and patient care company — since 2006. At CompleteRx, Mr. Maxik oversees the patient safety division and develops a proprietary 250-point patient safety checklist for clients every year to help facilitate patient outcome improvements at the facility level. Mr. Maxik served as president of the Kentucky Association for Healthcare Quality for the 2014-15 term.
