Tomah (Wis.) Memorial Hospital. Tomah Memorial Hospital, founded in 1952, is a 29-bed critical access hospital that serves residents in Tomah and its surrounding communities. The hospital completed a $10 million construction and renovation project in 2005, including an 800-square foot addition that houses a state-of-the-art MRI unit. Tomah Memorial Hospital earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval and was named a Top 20 Critical Access Hospital by the National Rural Health Association in 2016.
