St. Mary’s Hospital and Clinics (Cottonwood, Idaho). This hospital and its sister hospital, Clearwater Valley Hospital in Orofino, Idaho, are both affiliates of Duluth, Minn.-based Essentia Health. Together, the two hospitals have eight satellite medical clinics and four physical therapy clinics. St. Mary’s Hospital has a four-star rating for patient satisfaction on CMS’ Hospital Compare, based on HCAHPS survey responses. This year, St. Mary’s and Clearwater Valley expanded their telehealth program to include stroke. The program is coordinated through Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Wash.
