Mayo Clinic Health System-Red Cedar (Menomonie, Wis.). Mayo Clinic Health System-Red Cedar is a physician-led system that includes a critical access hospital and a clinic. It has served its community for more than 40 years, but its clinic joined MCHS in 1995 and the hospital followed in 1996. The hospital has been placed on iVantage Health Analytics’ list of Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals four times, most recently in 2015. Also this year, the hospital earned Healthgrades’ Patient Safety Excellence Award.
