It is a member of Boston-based Partners HealthCare. In 2011, the facility received LEED Gold certification. The hospital not only treats the island's residents, it also celebrates them: Martha's Vineyard's own private art collection totals more than 500 pieces of art that were created by artists who live or have lived on the island. iVantage Health Analytics has placed MVH on its Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals list four times, most recently in 2015.
