Toby Freier. President of New Ulm (Minn.) Medical Center. Mr. Freier has more than 13 years of experience as a rural healthcare executive. During his time as president of NUMC, the hospital received the Nova Award from the American Hospital Association, the Innovation of the Year and Community Health Improvement Award from the Minnesota Hospital Association and earned recognition as a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital by iVantage Health Analytics five times. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
