Rob Santilli. CEO of Gunnison (Colo.) Valley Hospital. The Gunnison Valley Hospital board of trustees appointed Mr. Santilli CEO in October 2012. Under Mr. Santilli’s leadership, the hospital executed a successful financial turnaround that year, when lower-than-expected patient revenues threatened to make the hospital default on its bonds. GVH has since accumulated numerous national awards related to quality care and patient satisfaction. Mr. Santilli holds various leadership positions outside of the hospital and sits on the Colorado Hospital Association board of trustees.
