Lenny Lyons. Administrator and CEO of Delta (Utah) Community Hospital. Mr. Lyons has served as the administrator of Delta Community Hospital and Fillmore Community Medical Center for the last three years, prior to which he served as director of ancillary and support services at Heber Valley Medical Center in Heber City, Utah. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Mr. Lyons earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
