Gerald Worrick. President and CEO of Ministry Door County Medical Center (Sturgeon Bay, Wis.). Mr. Worrick has served as president and CEO of Ministry Door County Memorial Hospital for more than 28 years. Prior to joining DCMC in 1987, Mr. Worrick held a variety of administrative positions at hospitals in Chicago and Eau Claire, Wis., as well as leadership roles within the American Hospital Association. He earned a master’s degree in hospital and healthcare administration from Saint Louis University.
