David R. Miller. President of River Falls (Wis.) Area Hospital. Mr. Miller has an extensive career in healthcare administration. Prior to joining River Falls Area Hospital as president, Mr. Miller served 10 years as the vice president of operations for United Hospital in St. Paul, Minn., where he led the development of the John Nasseff Neuroscience Institute and the Peter J. King Emergency Center. At one time, he also served as president of Allina Health Emergency Medical Services and Allina Health Urgent Care Clinics. He received an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn.
