James K. Long. CEO and Administrator of West River Health Services (Hettinger, N.D.). Mr. Long is a healthcare CEO with a financial background, as he is a certified public accountant and a fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He served as CFO of West River Health Services for about eight years before becoming CEO and administrator in 1991. Mr. Long was selected as the Outstanding Rural Health Professional at the Dakota Conference in 2000.
