David R. Miller. President of River Falls (Wis.) Area Hospital. Before becoming a healthcare administrator, Mr. Miller spent time as a nationally registered paramedic. He used that experience serving as president of Allina Health Emergency Medical Services and Allina Health Urgent Care Clinics. Before joining River Falls Area Hospital, which is part of Allina Health, Mr. Miller spent 10 years as the vice president of operations for United Hospital in St. Paul, Minn. He earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, also in St. Paul, Minn., and serves on the board of Life Link III, which is a nonprofit that provides air medical transport.
