Bruce Roesler. CEO of Richland Hospital (Richland Center, Wis.). Mr. Roesler became CEO of Richland Hospital in March. He most recently served as CEO of Mercy Medical Center in New Hampton, Iowa, a position he held for more than seven years. Mr. Roesler is a Midwestern native, growing up in La Crosse, Wis., and hasn’t strayed far from his roots: He gained experience leading hospitals in Minnesota and elsewhere in Wisconsin. He earned a master’s degree in health administration at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
