Arthur Blank. President and CEO of Mount Desert Island Hospital (Bar Harbor, Maine). Mr. Blank has been CEO of Mount Desert Island Hospital since 1999. It was under his leadership that MDIH became designated as a critical access hospital. He also helped establish the community’s first full-service behavioral health center. Mr. Blank has also served the Maine Hospital Association in various capacities, including as chair of its board of directors.
