Mr. Finley, 37, was appointed CEO of Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in October 2011. Mr. Finley is board certified in healthcare management and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Mr. Finley began as an administrator for several medical divisions within University of California, San Francisco. He also held several executive positions in other hospitals, including associate administrator at San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center and interim COO at San Francisco-based Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center. Most recently, Mr. Finley was vice president of operations at San Francisco-based California Pacific Medical Center.
