Thomas J. Quatroche Jr., PhD. President and CEO of Erie County Medical Center (Buffalo, N.Y.). After becoming president of Erie County Medical Center in 2015, the hospital’s board appointed Mr. Quatroche the hospital’s CEO in January 2016. With a well of 20-plus years of executive experience to draw from, Mr. Quatroche stepped into the role overseeing operations at all four ECMC facilities. Mr. Quatroche serves on the Healthcare Association of New York State Executive Committee and he is the Western New York Healthcare Association’s board chair. In addition to his healthcare career, Mr. Quatroche has been active in his community, serving on the Hamburg Town Board and the Immaculata Academy School Board. He is a past recipient of Buffalo Business First’s 40 Under 40 award.
