Phillip Kambic. President and CEO of Riverside Healthcare (Kankakee, Ill.). Mr. Kambic joined Riverside in 1985 and worked his way up through various leadership roles, including COO and senior vice president, before stepping into the top leadership position at the beginning of 2006. Under Mr. Kambic’s leadership, Riverside has doubled its net asset size and expanded its geographic footprint. A highly regarded leader in the field, Mr. Kambic is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on multiple professional boards, including the Illinois Hospital Association and the Illinois Provider Trust.
