Mark Klosterman. President and CEO of Faith Regional Health Services (Norfolk, Neb.). Mr. Klosterman’s career in healthcare spans more than two decades. Before arriving at Faith Regional Health Services in 2014, he served as president and CEO of St. Joseph’s Hospital-Breese (Ill.) for four years. Under his leadership, St. Joseph’s earned three consecutive “A” ratings for patient safety from the Leapfrog Group and implemented Meaningful Use stages 1 and 2. He also led the hospital through lean principles implementation and subsequently achieved HCAHPS scores at the 99th percentile. At Faith Regional, Mr. Klosterman oversees the operations of a 131-bed acute care facility serving an area that encompasses 13 counties and serves a population of 156,000 people.
