Kreg Gruber. CEO of Beacon Health System (South Bend, Ind.). Beacon Health System promoted Mr. Gruber from COO to CEO in 2017. Mr. Gruber has served as president of South Bend, Ind.-based Memorial Hospital, Elkhart (Ind.) General Hospital and Beacon Medical Group in South Bend. Before joining Beacon, he served as president of Columbus, Ohio-based Doctors Hospital and held leadership roles at Amerigard Health Services Garden City Hospital in Garden City, Mich. Mr. Gruber also serves on the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Club of St. Joseph County.
