Joseph Gordy. President and CEO of Flagler Hospital (St. Augustine, Fla.). Mr. Gordy will step down from his position in May 2018 after 38 years with the Flagler Hospital, including 14 years as president and CEO. He oversaw the hospital’s shift to value-based care and the introduction of EHRs, building the foundation for Flagler’s future success. In 2013, Mr. Gordy oversaw the nonprofit health system’s affiliation with Jacksonville, Fla.-based Baptist Health and Brunswick-based Southeast Georgia Health System to create a continuum of care across the southeastern region of the country. In addition to leading Flagler Hospital, Mr. Gordy is a trustee of the Florida Hospital Association and serves as director for Community Hospice of Northeast Florida in Jacksonville.
