Ginger Williams, MD. President and CEO of Oaklawn Hospital (Marshall, Mich.).  Dr. Williams was promoted from CMO to president and CEO of 77-acute care bed, nonprofit Oaklawn Hospital in January 2013. She oversees the hospital’s 150-plus providers as well as a 17-bed inpatient psychiatric unit. She is a member of the Michigan Health and Hospital Association board and received the 2016 MHA Healthcare Leadership Award for her efforts restructuring Oaklawn’s leadership team, instituting lean principles and instilling a positive culture at the hospital. An ER physician by training, Dr. Williams served as the hospital’s emergency medical director before being promoted to CMO in 2007.
