Dennis Murphy. President and CEO of Indiana University Health (Indianapolis). Mr. Murphy leads the largest integrated healthcare system in Indiana, Indiana University Health, where he is responsible for overseeing 30,000 employees and revenue of more than $6 billion. Since Mr. Murphy became CEO in 2016, IU Health has taken defining roles in its market in value-based care, new outpatient care initiatives, telemedicine and population health. Prior to joining IU Health, Mr. Murphy worked as an executive at three other academic medical centers. Under Mr. Murphy’s leadership, IU Health is planning a two-hospital consolidation that will cost $1 billion and include a medical center in downtown Indianapolis.
