Steve Filton. Executive Vice President and CFO of Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.). Mr. Filton was a longtime United Health Services employee when he was named executive vice president and CFO in July 2003. He was previously UHS’ vice president, controller and secretary. He joined the health system in 1985 as a director of corporate accounting.
