Neil Lubarsky. Senior Vice President for Finance and CFO of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (Philadelphia). Mr. Lubarsky, a certified public accountant and chartered global management accountant, has held his position as CFO of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital for nearly two decades. In addition to his current role, he serves as treasurer of the Philadelphia International Medicine board. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lubarsky served as a financial officer at other Philadelphia-area healthcare organizations and as a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
