Michael Gough. Executive Vice President and CFO of Norton Healthcare (Louisville, Ky.). Mr. Gough joined Norton Healthcare in July 2000 as vice president of finance and accepted the CFO position in September 2003. In January 2017, Mr. Gough became Norton Healthcare’s executive vice president and CFO. His previous experience includes six years as CFO of Caritas Health Services in Louisville, Ky., and 11 years working for Columbia/HCA Healthcare.
