Larry Fitzgerald. Associate Vice President for Business Development and Finance for University of Virginia Health System (Charlottesville). Mr. Fitzgerald joined the University of Virginia Health System in 1999 where he is currently responsible for management, oversight and financial resources coordination for the system’s medical center. He is responsible for the health system’s fiscal services, investments, access and registration functions and contract management. Mr. Fitzgerald also manages funds to support the health system’s current and future operations and expansions.
