Henry Franey. Executive Vice President and CFO of University of Maryland Medical System (Baltimore). Mr. Franey’s career in the healthcare sector spans more than three decades. He spent more than 20 of those years as executive vice president and CFO of UMMS. Mr. Franey is a past member Healthcare Financial Management Association National Advisory Council and a past president of the organization’s Maryland Chapter.
